This comfortable cottage offers wonderful views of the beautiful Estes Park 18 Hole Golf Course and surrounding mountains. You'll also enjoy herds of elk and deer as they wander by and graze in the area. The covered patio provides outdoor space to relax and watch for wildlife. This rental sits on 3/4 of an acre with room to run, play, and challenge someone to a game of horseshoes.

The cozy living room provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy family activities. There's a large, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and free WiFi is included for your convenience.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent stay

Nice house, clean, functional, and homey. Nature was right outside with daily visits from elk visiting the golf course next door. Very convenient to the National Park and only about 3 minutes from downtown Estes Park. Gold course right outside the door. Even if you don't play golf, it is beautiful. Nice patio with golf course and mountain views. Also, the house was very well stocked.

Cozy Home with a View

Cozy house with enough beds for 4 adults and two kids. Clean and efficient kitchen. Great living room and a back porch with a fantastic view of the city golf course and elk. Walkable area.

What a great house. Beautiful view of the mountains behind golf course. Evening view included elk on the golf course. Easy to get anywhere in Estes park. Kitchen was huge and well supplied with kitchen necessities.

Family getaway

Very clean. Beautiful setting. Well stocked (especially the kitchen and bedding). This cozy home was perfect for our 2 night family getaway. Only negatives is that we didn’t have a lot of information about the property ahead of time and also that we would have loved to stay another night.

This cottage was absolutely amazing. Super clean, and more than enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The location was secluded and quiet, but the 5 minute drive to downtown was also very convenient. Everything we needed was available at the cottage; it was a perfect weekend getaway. We will 100% book this again.

Beautiful home on golf course!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home located on the golf course! We visited during ElkFest and could not have asked for a better location to view the elk! The elk were right outside on the golf course, which made it awesome to sit on the patio and observe these amazing animals! Very clean and comfortable house! We will definitely be back! Thank you!
