"neat, clean, small one bedroom with all amenities. I forgot to bring toothpaste but there was a handy toiletry kit. The bed was comfortable and even though this was a downstairs unit it was quiet. This unit has great proximity to all things Fairbanks. Ive stayed in the upstairs unit as well and wont hesitate to do so in either again. Good value for what was paid. "

There were four in our party; the living area was plenty big enough and very comfortable for us to relax and watch a movie after being out all day. We rented a car for our stay and the heated garage was super nice as temperatures outside were in the teens. Just a note about the shower, nice strong water flow, nice hot water, shower head is high up so there’s no getting in and out without getting your hair wet, I’m 5ft 5in tall, so if you don’t want your hair getting wet wear a shower cap, lol!"
