"The room exceeded expectations. The pictures make it seem darker than it is. Very clean and perfectly stocked with pillows, towels, kitchenette items. I’m not sure if the restaurant is under the same management. The vibe was completely different from the restaurant staff. While no one was unpleasant, I didn’t find the staff friendly either. Mostly seemed inconvenienced by the patrons. Felt odd given the hotel side staff were all lovely. "

"Check in was very easy, our rooms were ready upon arrival. The front desk receptionist (Veronica, I think was her name) was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The bathroom was somewhat small but the overall space was nice. Having a microwave and refrigerator (mini) was so useful. The room was cold and the beds comfortable. "This is a great place with high speed internet, which I needed for my work. My only two complaints, which they can easily address are a) they should heat the hot tub, and b) they should have some sort of shower curtain available. The open concept/rainfall shower head concept is super cool and cool looking, but I like to have a bit of privacy just in case.
