There are 3 bedrooms in Villa Coco Bay, each with king size beds and a den study with a single or child/teen bed, meaning it can sleep up to 7 people.

The master suite has an attached shower bathroom, both guest bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a bath, meaning there are 3 bathrooms, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and their own TV. Living area: air-conditioned, 225 sqm or approx. 2465 sqft. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washer and dryer is available, spacious modern kitchen with full appliances and large kitchen island, incl. microwave and blender, large double fridge with ice maker.

The house is a new construction, completed in fall 2024, with pool and integrated, separately heatable whirlpool, as well as a mosquito cage. It is located directly on a large lake with wonderful sunsets and is located in a gated community with the beautiful name: Coco Bay at Island Lakes. This community will also offer a community area with 4 pickleball courts, which can already be used, a pool and a play area for families with children from spring 2025.

There is a 3 car garage. On the terrace by the pool there is a dining table with 8 chairs with gas grill, 4 deck chairs for chilling out and the covered lanai area offers a very comfortable sofa and 2 swivel armchairs for relaxing. Bed linen and towels are provided.

For tenants who may wish to stay for a few months ( snowbirds ) an intermediate cleaning service can be offered.
