"Clean rooms but dated . Hall carpet was dated and old . Needs replacement . Staff still hiding behind Covid masks. I guess for international hotel protecting staff ? Breakfast was expensive for what you receive . "

"Dated and old hotel with a lot of dirt on walls, paint peeling everywhere. Long hair on floors, pee stains on toilets, bathroom fans that rattle and lots of road noise. Air conditioner smelled like someone urinated inside of it."

"Very frndly staff, great breakfast, rooms are good size and has all the amenities. Few things for improving: 1) needs more often cleaning 2) breakfast is too late and for less time 3) there was cross contamination with walnuts and chocolate chips which made me very uncomfortable to feed my son who is allergic .. overall great stay and wonderful experience "

"Rooms are really nice, the size of the bathroom and the bedroom are spacious and ceiling are high, which makes the room feel spacious. The bathrooms are clean The toilets are nice. Location is in a pretty nice area. The location is in it safe area. If you’re looking for staff and hospitality, this isn’t a place however, if you’re looking for a good place to stay at overnight and you’re not too picky with all of the other bells and whistles, the price for the room is a steal."

"I'm not faulting the hotel since it's due to location, but just know the surrounding residents are not in their best phase of life. The staff is really kind. Check-in was easy. Location is convenient for whichever part of LA County you need to hit. There are many arterial streets in this area of town. The room is equipped with essentials and remodeled well. The only gripe I had is with the mild odor. It's tolerable, but you can tell the "old" smells of the building are trying to fight...

"My stay was ok. When I got to my room my TV didn't work but the front desk attendant was able to fix it. The mini bar lights up which is annoying when trying to sleep. I couldn't figure how to turn it off and ended up putting a blanket over it. It also made a noise that was distruptive to my sleep. It was a fine hotel but there are better in the area."

Our room, on the third floor of the “East building,” felt like a beach cottage, with a simple but lovely layout including a deep tub, small kitchenette, fireplace and view of the beach from the sitting room and the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable. I loved getting up early and grabbing free freshly made coffee to bring back to our room.
