"Location, breakfast. The AC is a portable one, could not sleep if turning off as it’s hot and humid outside, can’t run all night as the “AC” fan was so loud. Would book again if there’s a real AC."

"Great location with underground parking. Easy access to the city centre and a short walk to the theatre and local bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and tidy and had a small kitchen, which was stocked with all the necessary equipment for a much longer stay than 1 night. The staff were very helpful with local directions etc."

"Room was clean and staff was great! The room was a bit smaller than we were expecting. You're paying premium for the location and not the room itself. As to the location, it was excellent! We were a block or 2 away from parliament and a short 5min walk to go see our show at the NAC. We walked everywhere and didn't even have to take the car. Valet parking was an appreciated available service as well."

"The room was a decent size with seperate bathroom and the much needed A/C worked well to beat the jeat between outings to meet friends around Canada Day. The on-site parking was very handy, as was the bicycle lockup, and the breakfasts varied a little each day and were wonderful. Happy to recommend and stay again!"

"The location of this house was great. Close to everything. The room was OK, with a big comfortable.bed but it was very, very small, as was the bathroom. Apart from.missing a night table on one side of the bed, it had everything the traveler might need. To access the room one needs to use a narrow staircase, so it would not be suitable for a person with limited mobility."

"Pros: Absolutely the location is the best! Literally walking distance or easy transit from a to b. We walked everywhere with a 3&4 year old.Makes up for the other less fortunate parts of this hotel. Staff were super helpful! Called front desk for more of many things as a family of 4 required extra towels and coffee and they came to the door within minutes! They held the elevator as we had a double wide stroller and a handful. Cons: luck of the draw but kids running around being behind...

"We had very good experience of staying, services are excellent, the hotel met all of our ad hoc requests, staff are super friendly, rooms are bigger than those young hotels, location is perfect for touring the city. The building is aged, but that makes the stay even more unique."
