Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Absolutely Stunning Key West Style house with full wrap around porch and water access to the river. Jump in the pool or relax on the porch. Take a boat out for a fun day or on the Kayak. Plenty of games to play like foosball, cornhole, or boardgames. The most Beautifull beaches are all nearby like Anna Maria Island and Saint Pete.

Charming House, Quiet Neighborhood

Easy booking, fast communication with property manager as soon as we booked and through our stay. Clean, well stocked, cozy house, beautiful landscaping and surrounding pool area. The pool was clean and a favorite for our family. Kids loved walking down to the small dock just steps away to watch for birds and boats passing. Very quiet neighborhood which was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the weather with no bothersome noise. Close to grocery stores, plenty of restaurants, and 30 min from the beach. House includes outside games, pool items, floats and life jackets, kayak supplies etc which was a nice addition. We had a great stay, definitely would stay again if we were in the area.

The house was beautiful, just as it was described! Communication with the host at the beginning was strained but improved before the stay started! Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene hit while I was staying at the house and the water from the waterway behind the house rose 4+ feet and flooded the road , making it impossible to get to the house. When I returned the next day the pool was full of muddy water. No fault of the owner/host. But the pool was unusable for the rest of my stay.

AMAZING!!

So much fun!! Beautiful property/ loved the pool, house, dock, brought the boat and enjoyed sunsets every night!! Will be back!!!!

My family and I stayed here for a couple days, and we absolutely loved it! Quiet neighborhood with all the amenities. Would definitely stay again.

property was great, horrible neighbor.

The property itself was great. It was well taken care of, great communication with the host. However, my wife and children and in-laws spent our spring break here and anytime we were outside by the pool the neighbor would blast his music so loud with speakers pointed at our direction that we couldnt even hear one another talking.The neighbor never seemed to have his music playing until we decided to go out and enjoy the pool. We were conscious of the neighbors around us so we made sure we were respectful of our noise level. The neighbor also had security cameras pointed at our rental, which was extremely uncomfortable. If you are extremely quite with no children this is the place for you.

Cute house on the canal

We stayed for one month and enjoyed being close to every thing. Took the kayak out and had beautiful weather! Would recommend to families as they have lots of games to play outside. Wish it was warm enough for the pool! Thanks for sending new pans when we reported the old ones had definitely been abused. Overall nice stay!

Relaxing outdoor space

We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Inside, it would be nice if there were lamps in the bedrooms and living room. Kitchen is well equipped. Porch space is awesome with chairs and fans.
