"We planned a trip to the UP and on our way back to OH we stayed at this beautiful new home just outside of Traverse. The location was perfect for visiting Traverse and Sleeping Bear Dunes. We felt at home here. The decor in each room was perfect. The house is beautiful, comfortable and very spacious and had all the accommodations we needed. The firepit was perfect for making smores. "First the owners were very responsive in answering some questions we had before booking, and in making us feel welcomed. The location was convenient to get into TC or anywhere on the peninsula. The home looks just like in the pictures and is very tidy. Cozy living room, comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of seating areas inside and out. Grandma’s home was perfect for our group of six. We had a fantastic stay!"

"This house was near perfect for our family. Had one issue where the oven had a horrible smell, vome to find out it was from just being cleaned. Host left us a bottle of wine to make up for that experience. Only other suggestion for host is to leave behind a little more in paper products (only one extra roll of TP per bathroom when we had 5 guests for a full week), one one extra roll of paper towel and no napkins."

"My Wife & I brought our Daughters & their spouses + my Grandnson. Vary clean home well stocked with kitchen essentials & linens. The star of the house was my grandson catching & releasing frogs form the pond. He had a blast!! We rented a pontoon boat for a day, went swimming at Bellaire lake, golfed, cooked scores at the fire pit, went to Shorts Brewery for live music & dinner on Fri. Everyone had a great time!"

"Our stay at the condo was wonderful! It was well equipped and the location was great! Perfect for two couples. The rooftop deck view was amazing overlooking Lake Michigan. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Wineries, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Fish Town to name a few of the beautiful sights close by. We will be back!"

"Great piece of property. We loved our stay and everything was very nice. Size, space and location were perfect. Just a few housekeeping notes. The appliances need fixing. The door on the stove does not stay closed. Someone must have stood or sat on the door. So sad when people don't respect other people's property. You are not able to use the oven without holding the door shut the whole time. The Refrigerator and freezer doors refuse to stay closed, resulting in the compressor running constantly...

"This is a great home to stay for a ski trip. It’s close to the slopes, tubing hill and the town of Bellaire. This home has a great kitchen/dinning area, family room on both floors and a great kids play area on the third floor. I highly recommend this house for families! Thank-you Courtney!"

"This cabin was awesome and the lake is gorgeous! If you’re wanting to get out of the hustle and bustle of Traverse City, but still be close to beauty, this place is perfect. Suttons Bay is only an 8 minute drive with lots of restaurants and shopping. The only issue was finding the place. The address we were provided with our reservation did not match the address on the outside of the cabin or inside the cabin on the paperwork posted on the refrigerator. We had to call the property management...

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in April. It was lovely - we loved the house/atmosphere. I am a clean freak and it was clean enough - not perfect, but clean enough that I was very comfortable. 😊 The decor and design of the place was great - cozy, restful, quiet. We would definitely stay again!"

"Great clean place. The host was good and worked with us after i reserved for the wrong weekend. The location wasn't all that bad had not been with the property infront of us that blocked approximately 80% of our view to the beautiful Tourch Lake. I would opt for lake front property next time. This property was cross the street with homes occupying the lake front."

"The house was perfect for us. The cabin does need some TLC, (light bulbs replaced, batteries in the remote) but overall, it was a great experience. The water heater was somehow shut off when we got there and trash was overflowing, but the staff quickly came and solved both issues. Beds were clean and surprisingly comfortable. The location is great, the sandy beach was a bonus, and the kids enjoyed the water. Smores were made around the bonfire pit, and the next day when it was raining, smores...

"Needed a place to stay for the Iceman Cometh MTB race. This house is close enough to walk to restaurants and worked out well for our needs."
