The other staff were very nice also.
We received an upgrade and had a better room than we expected. The view was nice, the area is great, and we felt like we were the only people in town (off-season indeed).

"Very close to lots of things to do, but still felt secluded. We loved the hot tub and the matress was very comfortable to sleep on. We enjoyed our stay."

"The view alone was absolutely breathtaking! We had five adults and seven kids (all age three and under), and everyone had plenty of space to sleep comfortably and spread out. The kids loved the outdoor play area and couldn’t get enough of the sand volleyball court. Having two kitchens was incredibly convenient, allowing each family their own space. We will definitely be back again!"

"The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to lounge on the couch and recliner and have meals and play games on the table.
Traverse Bay was beautiful from our window. "

"Great location, very comfortable with fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful view.
It was a little unsettling to wait for the entrance instruction until 30 minutes before check in, but not a deal breaker. I’m just a planner and last minute is uncomfortable for me. "

"It was a great clean safe hotel (staying by myselft, I felt safe) The only addition would have been nightstands on both sides of the bed. I recently dislocated my shoulder so It was hard for me to have axcess . Other than that... great!"
