Hotel Roca Sunzal
Great as always! Just wish the restaurant didn’t close as early as 9pm. But there are alternatives in the areas around the hotel that serve some food until 11pm

The Cabins
Very convenient and very nice, but the mattresses are *awful*. If they upgraded those (not even significantly), it would be perfect. I’d still consider staying here again, but only for a night or two.

SantiChanti Walk to Sunzal Beach
Surprisingly secluded even amidst the construction traffic next door which didn’t bother us too much. Pictures make the house and pool look larger than in real life but it was still a nice and spacious place for 2. Had issues with door locks but felt safe enough, esp with the gated/fenced property ...

Beach Front Room at Playa EL Tunco Surf Spots La Bocana and Sunzal
The perfect location, right on the beach. This place was great for us as surfers, being able to check the surf right from our accom was epic. The sunsets here are incredible too. Would come back for sure.

Novo Hotel & Suite
The hotel is very close to the city with everything nearby. It’s nothing fancy, but good enough for a weekend or a few days. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean.
