"Needs work. Host communications were timely, but...the house is a small and divided into two rental units. I could easily hear the folks next door talking. WiFi is slow. Download speed 4.65 Mbps/ upload speed is 7.89 Mbps. Things not in working order include: the rear storm door has no closer; the keypad deadbolt lock only operates properly if you lift up on the door knob while locking/unlocking it; the front storm door screen is torn; the mail box is just leaning against the house; there is no...
