NOTE: There is NO BARRIER BETWEEN the home and the WATERS EDGE. Please do not leave children unsupervised in the water area as there are jet skis and motorized watercraft in the lake.
DOCK: 1 Boat allowed at dock. (Boat lift not for guest use) Whips provided on dock for you to secure your boat at the dock. Please do not stand or sit on boat lifts.
PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles) No parking or driving on street or grass. No camper parking available at property.

Guests can also enjoy the finished basement, featuring a pool table, Skee-Ball, and other games. The private dock is available for your use, and you're welcome to bring one boat (boat lift not for guest use). Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Please note children should be supervised near the water's edge as there is no barrier between the home and the water.

For your safety, there are 3 exterior security cameras on the property: one on the back of the screened porch facing the backyard and dock, one on the front of the storage building facing the driveway, and one on the dock facing the lifts and the water. These cameras record video and sound. Please supervise children closely near the water's edge, as there is no barrier. One boat is allowed at the dock, and whips are provided for securing your boat; please do not stand or sit on the boat lifts. We require guests to complete an independent verification as part of our commitment to protecting our property and complying with short-term rental regulations.
