"It is fabulous being in the grounds of Leeds Castle as it is such a beautiful setting. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only improvement I could suggest was an additional arm chair in our room so we could both sit in comfort. However that is a very minor point as overall the whole experience was perfect."

"We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff very friendly and helpful,food excellent, room spotlessly clean, would definitely return. Only issue for me with mobility issues was climbing into big bathtub with overhead shower and no grab handle! My fault should have enquired prior to booking! Cranbrook proved to be an excellent choice for visiting many places on my 'to do' list."

"Beautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course.
