Holiday bookings require a 2-night minimum

Standard occupancy: 12 guests; additional guests are $50 per person/night

Parking: Up to 3 cars permitted. Additional vehicles must be approved in advance

Your summer time rental will include: Kids playground with kids playhouses, toys and swings as well as a tree house with toys. Few inflatable pool toys, several bicycles for adults and kids, 2 Golf Club sets in bags with balls, Soccer goalie and soccer ball (Plenty of private space to run around and play!), Basketball hoop, Badminton rackets with birdies, 2 flying discs. Fire pit with chairs around. ( Can be used in the winter time). Dry Firewood is provided on site. 2 Kayaks with 2 adult and 2 kids Life Jackets are available for guests, (must have a pick up truck, or a van to haul.
