"We loved this house and location. It was just perfect for our 3-day stay on the Cape. The house was perfectly clean with great linens and towels, and stocked kitchen. Right across the street is the most awesome little neighborhood market, with pizza oven, fresh breads, deli, pastries, and wine. "Absolutely gorgeous cottage by the lake. It was perfect for our family of 6 that doesn’t want to rent 2 hotel rooms with a view of nothing special. Definitely felt like a family cottage rather than just a rental property. "

"Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it. ...

"We had a great week at the house. Dawn was very helpful with all logistical planning and proactive in communicating that the house was ready as we were already on island. It’s the best stocked house we’ve rented. Beach chairs, bikes, lawn games, kids games for inside, and everything was incredibly easy to find. Kitchen is great, all you need to do is show up. Thank you for the hospitality! "
