"Booked two rooms, was put in 2 accessible rooms despite not booking that room type, plus the 'folding' bench in the shower was broken in both rooms and separating from the tub leaving screws exposed. Mentioned both to front desk, only one was fixed. Plus shower heads were about mid-torso height, not ideal positioning with no where to move the shower head wand to place it higher. Both rooms had phantom noises both nights leading to broken sleep, there appears to be zero insulation to hallway...

"Parking stalls tight together, not enough stalls, and with their locations did not feel vehicles will be secure overnight from the petty theft the area is prone too. Room clean and some newer renos but only two thin pillows, a hard mattress, no plug for the bathtub, noise from room below the motel's washing machine vibrating our room. Outdoor stairwells need maintenance, some tripping hazards. Non-operational stone fountain and other stone work in the court yard needs reno or removal and...
