I would strongly recommend two opportunities to improve:
1. Wifi - very poor
2. Ordering Room Service - I am a road warrior and I've never had to talk to 5 people to order room service"

"Nothing Roon has ants in the bathroom, show water was scolding hot and loose shower head, toilet tank parts inside tank came apart which we had to fix, kids running for hours up and down the halls and slamming doors, TV playing all night next door, breakfast was awful and cold eggs. Very slippery bathroom including the shower to stand in and the floor was sticky. This entire hotel needs to be upgraded. Never again at this comfort inn. Big mistake and paid $1200 to stay that long. 🙁"

"The room smelled awful. At first I thought it was smoke. But then realized it was mildew and mold. The windows were covered in some kind of something that you couldn’t even see out of them. The carpet was dirty. The bed was comfy but considering the rest of the room I was really concerned about how clean it was. I definitely would NEVER stay here again."

"The first floor room was close to a very loud and busy street. I thought perhaps new weather stripping around the door would help in the future.
The apples in the choice of continental breakfast items were old and bruised and the hot water dispenser for tea failed to work.
But the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is old and needs some upgrades but I did feel safe there."

"Let’s see, the lock on the outside of the door looked broken or tampered with. The cold water faucet in the bathroom was so loose I had to use both hands to use it (one hand to hold it steady to the sink and the other to turn the water on. The bed was actually clean and decent. I did check for bugs considering everything else, but thankfully found none. The mattress however was so firm that wooden planks felt softer. It did appear to have a pillow top at one point, but that has disintegrated...
