"Overall our stay was okay, but certainly a little underwhelming to what we were expecting. It was a lovely period property which you expect to find in Dunedin, but sadly not being utilised to its full potential. "This is a wonderful home away from home, if you need to be in Dunedin for work, or hospital visit. Bus is outside door. Restaurant adjoins the property. Clean and comfortable bed! Would definitely stay again."

Woodlands Motels and Apartments
"We stayed in a family suite with kitchen and 2 bedrooms, and it was very spacious, and comfortable. Some of the appliances were a little dated but everything worked, was clean, and was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again!"
