Less than a 10-minute drive to the Ark Encounter and Williamstown Lake, and only 30 minutes to Cincinnati.

Featuring four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, two masters with attached private bathrooms. Spacious Kitchen, great basement for entertaining, bunk room and 4th bedroom with a queen bed.

Perfect for a multi family trip to the Ark

Everything was well kept and very clean. The house smelled great and the beds we very comfortable. The kitchen is large enough for family cooking and the location is perfect!

Awesome place

New house that is beautiful & extremely clean. I never walk w/out socks or shoes in hotels or VRBO’s, but this one was so clean you could. Great layout, with most of the amenities you would need!! Very nice for our kids & grandkids. Very close to the Ark!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting this area.

Perfect home!

We travelled up with our kids, both sets of grandparents, and my sister to visit the Ark Encounter and this was the perfect home! This was definitely the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities to cook with. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. Small details like soap at every sink and plenty of dawn dish soap and dishwasher pods were perfect and so helpful! Be sure to bring a fishing pole! My kids loved fishing at the pond and the ducks were friendly-one came and sat on my daughters lap as she watched her brothers fish. Thank you for a great week away!

Wonderful stay

The Ark visit

This was an ideal location for visiting the ark and the creation museum. Located not far off I-75. The place is new and well equipped. I would stay here again.

Great new home for multi-generational travelers

The new home was stunning and although there were some problems with the owner’s cleaning crew, they quickly worked with us and refunded our entire cleaning fee. We appreciated that. I’m sure he will have that worked out soon. The home was right next door to a lovely little lake and park, great for the little ones. There was a master suite on the main floor for the eldest generation. The youngest 2 generations enjoyed their privacy in the downstairs basement. Close to Ark. and if you stay there, try LaRosa’s Pizza by the interstate!

Kentucky Trip

We went to Kentucky to see the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. The house was perfect in every way. From the description on the website, distance between both places we were to visit, our family size, and the options in Dry Ridge. We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy our family adventure!

Wonderful!

We stayed here with 5 other adults for a reunion. We really enjoyed staying in this house. It is very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds and linens were comfortable. Love the idea of 2 separate living room areas. The neighborhood and location of the house is nice. You are close to restaurants and whatever else you might need. You can take a nice walk around the small lake. We only did light cooking but had everything we needed. The only issue, which wasn't an issue for us but....there's only parking for 2 SUV sized vehicles in the driveway. We parked the 3rd vehicle across the back of the other 2. Like I said this wasn't an issue for us but if you have more than 3 vehicles, it might be for you. Lovely place. Our communication with Brad was great. I highly recommend this property.

The Ark Experience

This was a great place to stage all of our plans from. Everything is very convenient from this location. Communication is above average. Very nice layout, new and clean. Nice size pond viewed from kitchen with sidewalk pathway all the way around and friendly people fishing to visit with.

Spacious, new and beautifully decorated

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Dry Ridge property. The design and decor was beautiful. Enough bathrooms for all and convenient half bath in main floor. Kitchen well stocked. Great amenities. If we are ever in the same area I would not hesitate to book this property again. Communicating with the host was very easy. I always received a prompt and pleasant reply.

Great place!

Great size, lots of space, very clean, perfect for families to stay in. Close to stores and restaurants. The Ark is very close, about a 10 minute drive away. We would definitely rent this place again!

Excellent Property!

We loved our stay in this property! It is situated in a perfect spot if you are looking to visit both the Ark and Creation Museum. The home is built in a way that really utilizes and maximizes the space perfectly. We (the adults) were able to take the upstairs bedroom which is located on it's own floor with a private bathroom. The kids loved having their own living space positioned between the 2 bedrooms on the lower level to play games and hang out. And the middle level with the kitchen, living room and another bedroom gave us the perfect family space to all "meet in the middle" and spend time together. It is a beautiful home and Brad was very welcoming and easy to communicate with!
