"I enjoyed the hotel and it offered complimentary shuttle service to close amenities,My children particularly liked the hand shower in bathroom. One area for improvement was the breakfast. We stayed for three days and the menu remained the same each day. My family and children did not enjoy it. On the third day, we declined breakfast altogether, and my children suggested we have it outside."

"Expect to pay for parking daily ($10/ day), indoor pool is very tiny - not usable. The worst part is the free breakfast - they ran out of food daily and I never see the staff replenish the food at all, guests would come down to see empty hot plates, empty bread bins and empty fridge with a single yogurt or 2 bottles of milk. There is no coffee or any type of drinks after they close the breakfast. It’s clear to me that management is cost cutting at the customer’s expense - avoid this hotel!"

"Our room was brand new and very nice. But the toilet was not working, had maintenance come to repair twice. Had to use the lobby restrooms for our stay. The hotel is under construction and the lobby and elevators are a mess and only one was working. The construction trucks, woke us up at 5am."

"The bar tender was amazing but that’s about it. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Slimy and bugs were in it!!!!! We got out immediately and showered all the kids. Out of 5 kids 2 of them had a bug on them or in hair when showered. Told hotel staff could not of cared less. And didn’t do anything to make it right. Also when getting into room. Toilet paper had one piece left of it and the water bottles they leave u one was half drank !!"

"It is good if they provide the complimentary water bottles at night and attach the handy shower in bathroom and lights are Dim at night ."

"To start with I have stain many times in different hotels however, this building is so old that needs to be rebuild back again. The staff is not helpful the rooms they’re old and they stink. They do not clean your room unless you ask the service is terrible even though so that is close to the city of New York. At least they should keep it neat and clean. It’s a new owner as I understand but the building is extremely extremely old and then on the top of that is really terrible in the floors and...

"Great location for what we needed, and the room itself was clean. The staff were fine—not rude, but not particularly friendly either. The biggest issues were that the room had a strong unpleasant odor, there was no hot water available for a shower, and the entire building smelled heavily of marijuana. Overall, the location was excellent, but these issues significantly impacted our stay."

"It was extremely inconvenient to carry my luggage up and down because the elevator was out of order."

"The gave us a room that wasn’t what we paid for also we checked in then check out due to the smell of smoke like cigarettes.. I truly really feel like I should receive some type of refund back "

"There was no room service at any time. Each time we called, they said there was no staff available. During the entire 10-day stay, there was never any housekeeping service. To get clean towels, we had to take the used ones to reception to receive new ones."

"Do NOT book this hotel it is absolutely filthy. The breakfast they claim to have does not exist. There is visible water damage in the bathroom and room that has not been repaired. It smells like a public bathroom that hasn’t been cleaned in years. The sheets and towels are stained. The walls and doors are falling apart. I would not stay here even if it was free."
