"Don’t come here during baseball season/football season/anytime there’s an event at either stadium!!! I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. Got there to check in and there was an event going on at the stadium. The parking lot was full because they were upselling...

"Room wasn’t ready when I arrived to check in at 4:30, was never notified when it was available. Finally returned around 8 after not hearing anything and was able to get into reserved room.
Also sent a message days before arrival about a fridge/freezer for medication and never got an answer. "

"Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night."

"My family and I were not at all satisfied with our stay. Actually, we ended up checking out early. There was a bedbug on one of the beds. We killed it, took a picture of it, and reported it to the front desk. While turning up the sheets to see if there were any more bedbugs, we noticed that our mattresses did not have mattress covers. How disgusting. We needed extra pillows, and it took two hours and four calls to receive those pillows.
We will never stay there again. And someone needs to...

"The rooms were clean and large. Couldn’t use the pool because it was outdooors. Their tvs were too old to connect to Netflix or anything of that sort. Television had regular channels like it was connected to an antenna. This hotel was nice but lacking in amenities. Breakfast was great, nice spread of different foods. I wouldn’t stay again though. Oh yeah hotel was small with 2 slow moving elevators."

"When I checked in at 7 pm there was no one at the reception desk and I had to wait 15 for someone to arrive. The parking directions he provided were very complicated.
The coffee shop had an extremely limited menu and hours and the staff was frequently unavailable for about 10 minutes."
