"Our family traveled to CT with our dogs for a soccer event in Farmington. This was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of fenced in yard for our dogs, and just the right amount of space inside for us and our two kids. Kitchen had most of the basics. Just missing (or we couldn’t locate) a cookie sheet and scissors but had all the other utensils we needed. House was nicely updated. "Our first time at this house. Previously I had stayed at Linnys Southwick cottage. Both excellent places! Super clean and comfortable. Deluxe bed linens and modern amenities. We enjoyed walking to the lake and having a nice fire in the outdoor fireplace. We even played with the games in the game room. "

"Linny's cottage was the most comfortable & welcoming VRBO property we have ever visited! It was instantly apparent that our hostess had put a lot of effort into how to put guests at ease.
