The kitchen was well supplied and organized. The bathroom is quite small, especially the shower, but it is sufficient for average sized people. The location is wonderful, very convenient for spending time in Niantic. Overall, it was a very nice stay. "

"What a sweet cottage! We had three adults and two children stay and there was room for us all. The host left a fully stocked snack basket which my kids loved. Fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. It snowed overnight and before we were up, the driveway was plowed and the front walkway cleared! We had a great stay and will return if we are back in the area. Highly recommend!"

"This stay was definitely not what the listing advertised. We walked into mold on the shower curtain, mice droppings in the closet of the rooms, and a dishwasher stuffed with dirty dishes such as mold on the utensils and cups with curdled/old milk (I think?) still in them. Absolutely unusable and smelled terrible when opened. They gave us one garbage bag for the entire stay and when asked if there were more elsewhere, I was told, "We don't usually provide these kind of things" and still expected...
