"Property is beautiful. All amenities are either on site or a shuttle bus away (pool). There is no onsite washing machine but there is laundry service for a few. Restaurant food was amazing. All you can eat crab legs and sashimi for dinner. A little pricy but it would be the cost of any all you can eat. If you are a hotel guest then you get 10% off of restaurant prices. The First Lady coffee shop has been discontinued."

"I have a very good experience. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful with everything including directions and suggestions. They even printed out a whole itinerary for one of my destinations. The location is near many shops and restaurants. Taxis available everywhere and very cheap about $3-$5 U.S. average for one way rides. Note, not all drivers understand English so have a translator app with you or GPS location. "All the staff (the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and the dining room staff), were quite friendly and nice. The hotel was very clean and looked new. 1. Despite the policy stating a check-in time of 3:00 PM, the room was not ready for occupancy until 4:00 PM.
2. The accommodation (a suite with sofa) was reserved for 3 persons. The hotel initially only supplied essential items for two guests. Upon request, only a quilt and a tooth cup were made available for the third guest . Regrettably, other amenities such as pillow, towels, slippers, etc. were not provided to the third guest.

"I stayed at Royal Biz Taipei from 07/06/26 - 07/08/26. The room was very clean, the front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful in answering any questions that I had. They willingly requested taxis for me. I really the breakfast buffets— there was always a great variety of foods, including fish, meat, vegetables, and fruit. I would gladly consider staying there again in the future."
