"This is a lovely property that is very close to the beach and a 5 min cycle ride to Monte Gordo. There is also a nearby shop attached to a cafe that is perfect for essentials. The beach itself (5 mins walk away) is stunning and seems to go on forever. As is clear from the pictures, decoratively the house is a tad dated inside. For those who don't mind this, however, it offers a perfect Algarve beach house. Although the house has 5 bedrooms, the small living area would make it a bit of a squeeze...

"House was perfect for our situation. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Within close driving distance to many restaurants. Fantastic bakery within a 5 minute walk. As North Americans, we were shocked that no amenities were provided such as beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, shampoo etc. I guess that it is not common in Europe to provide those things. They are things that we cannot bring all that way in our luggage. We made it work though. "

"Spacious and traditional Portuguese style home in the heart of Tavira old town. All the highlights, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our favourite restaurant we went to for dinner was Restaurante Ti Maria Tapas whichvwas busy so the customer service was a little rushed but understandably. The food was delicious! Our favourite breakfast spot for coffee and a fresh pastry was La Baguette artisan Boulanger Français... soooo yummy (sadly not open on wednesdays) and two very good ice...
