"All people nice and room so clean only thing my room it was up Stairs and no elevator and I have heavy bags"

Room is clean, comfortable bed, with all that you could need: toothbrush and toothpaste, toiletries, TV, good desk and desk lighting for work, iron and ironing board, hangers and wardrobe. Food is good - breakfast lunch and dinner with good hot and cold offerings. Pity that the pool is outdoors during winter but they supply slippers and robes. Good conference spaces. Price per room is still too expensive."

"Please clean rooms thoroughly before staying. Also the place needs a deep clean, and new lick of paint. The beds are alright but need to present better with headboards. There was thick dust in all the vents, and ontop of dryers and washing machine. I'm glad I brought my own kettle to say the least! The concierge guy was great! And he was really kind and helpful"

"My go-to when i make my annual trip from Canada, Clean, quiet, and close to beaches and the city. Lot's of great places to eat nearby and easy access to the train/ buses. Friendly staff. see you next year!! "
