"We had to make changes to our plans at short notice meaning extending our stay unexpectedly. The staff were excellent accommodating the change so that we could keep our existing room etc with minimal disruption. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout. "

"Finding the hotel parking was not easy. Reception did their best to describe how to find it but we still drove around and around. Perhaps some signage would be handy?"

"The hotel room was clean, had basic amenities and lovely music playing when we arrived. I found the pillows to be a little too low/soft, too high with 2 pillows, it was otherwise great. the carpet in the hallway could do with a re pull as it has bumps all over and could be a tripping hazard. This was not the case on other floors so they coud be updating the carpet. "
