"We found bugs in our bed!!! Then when we walk down to the lobby to get another room, the person working the front desk was inebriated, behind inebriated, and took almost 40 minutes to grant us another room. No sorry, no refund of any kind, no remorse whatsoever. Unless you like a very unhelpful staff ..."

Hollywood Casino at Greektown
Atheneum Suite Hotel
"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV options were not great and renting movies was very expensive. They should switch to smart TVs like many hotels are doing now. The AC was not working and they sent a maintenance person up right away to resolve the issue."
