"The stuff was so friendly. In our reservation with hotels.com, it says bed sheets, towels, etc. included. However, when we arrived, we learned it supposed to be extra. Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary. Easy communication Has dog friendly beach. Provided us beach lodges and umbrella. "

"Die Villa ist sehr sauber, hat einen weitläufigen wunderschönen Garten. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große schöne Terrasse, mit schönem Ausblick. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist da genau richtig. Wir haben die Ruhe wirklich genossen. Der Strand ist fast leer gewesen, was auch sehr angenehm war. Die Elisabetta und Marco sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es 10-15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Ansonsten gibt es eine gemütliche Pizzeria mitten im Wald, 7 min...

"Wij hebben 2 weken doorgebracht in deze mooie locatie net buiten Viterbo. De eigenares en haar medewerkster waren heel behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het huis is volledig ingericht met alles wat nodig is en het is heel goed gelegen op een groot domein met olijfbomen en wijngaard waardoor rust gegarandeerd is. Er is een groot zwembad met veel ruimte errond met vele lounge- en relaxzetels. We kunnen deze locatie warm aanbevelen. "

"Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. We chose this location for access to Terme di Saturnia (1 hour drive) and Civita Di Bagnoregio (30 min drive). We found our stay here...

"Very nice house and large garden incl pool! Excellent contact, help and info from Stefania and Francesco! Big pool, bikes, table tennis, basketball hoop, bbq, pizza owen, multiple outdoor sitting/dining areas, car parking, electrical gates, etc. Wifi a bit weak and hot water for 8 persons showers needs to be distributed. "Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling.
