"It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again."

"Omg, such a relaxing time. Exactly what we needed. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful. Beautiful sunrises. Listened to the loons on the lake. Just perfect! The house was perfect. Plenty of room and accommodations. The neighbors were so friendly. We picked the perfect spot! "

"My family had the pleasure of staying in this spacious one-bedroom rental that exceeded expectations. We felt welcomed into this cozy, comfortable space. The rental was very clean and had a great downstairs living space. We had everything we needed…and the cute coffee station was a nice added bonus! We would highly recommend this rental!"

"Loved everything about this place. Something for all of us (me, my wife, two boys (8 & 12). Herkimer Diamond Mines about 30 minutes away. Had a blast. West Canada Creek for fishing and the cabin was perfect, nice porch to drink coffee on in the morning and a fire pit in the evening. "

"The stay was just what the doctor ordered. It was quiet and peaceful (No Blowers, for those of you who have to tolerate them where you live) and the cabin is perfect. Our lab loved the water. We couldn't get her out. We will stay again, hopefully in the near future. Thank you Lindsey."

"Amazing stay with family! House had everything you could need. We had a 16 month old with us and dogs and the house had a high chair, baby gate, baby utensils, toys and more! We had the private chef, Kerry, come one night and she was amazing as well! Would definitely recommend. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting but still close to town, shops, and restaurants. "Property was VERY clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was exceptional!. Communication was timely and excellent. I highly recommend this property and would look to stay again if/ when i an back in the area. "

"The front desk employee is very rude and money hungry. I reserved a room with two beds and sofa sleeper. They didn’t allow me to accommodate party of 5, alleging hotel policy is of 4 people per room. Be careful with the policies they make up to their advantage to make one to pay for additional rooms. Plus it was for a third adult who is disabled who cannot take care of herself. The hotel tried to force us to reserve a room by herself. Facilities are old and does not smell well. Musty odor in building."
