"The house was amazing. Clean, and had every amenity imaginable. Full service kitchen. Multiple TV and sitting areas. Pool table, ping pong table, cards, board games. There was a full individually prepared breakfast every morning with fruit, bagels, muffins, eggs, French toast, bacon, sausage, juice, coffee, the works. "I would leave zero stars if I could. We booked through VRBO and the host claims to not have gotten the info. He lead us to believe it was ok and he would still get the place ready for us within 2 hrs (as half of our party had already arrived in the area). "The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. "I come back to this house every year with a group of friends. It is the perfect location for us to explore wineries, hike trails, and visit Watkins Glen. We love the openess of the house and exceptional outdoor living space and often spend afternoons outside enjoying the lake views. Julie is a fabulous host who has added a lot of small details to the property that make it welcoming. We plan to keep coming back!"
