"We had a great stay here. The host was very responsive, answered questions quickly, and was flexible with our plans, which made the whole experience smooth. Any concerns we had were addressed right away. The home was clean, had upgraded appliances, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the snacks, complimentary tea, and tea kettle. "This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...

"Kevin was very friendly, kindly assisting us with check-in (even when we even gave limited notice about our arrival time!) and giving us a tour of the garden and his property grounds. While he lives upstairs, he was entirely non-intrusive during our stay. A really beautiful property in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The rental unit had everything we needed, was very clean, and offered a fun little escape into a DJ dream respite."

"When we arrived at the property, there were people hanging out in front of the main entrance, smoking cigarettes, smoking, marijuana, leaving cigarette butts all over the ground. The checkout representative at the window was as helpful as she could be. We arrived at 6 PM on Friday. We were late for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding that we had been in town for so we dropped our stuff in rushed. Noticed the next morning there were a little bugs, crawling around the countertop and the top of the...
