"We had the honor to stay in this cozy cabin for a long weekend on the slopes at Holiday Valley! The cabin was within 10 minutes of the resort making it easy to come back to if needed during the day. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for the 10 of us who stayed. It more than met our needs and expectations! The owners kept in touch and made it easy to contact them if needed. We will definitely be coming back! "

"We loved this cabin, it was very beautiful and had a lot of amenities and stuff provided that we didn’t have to haul in our car. There is a ton of fridge space as we stayed in all weekend to cook! The only sad thing was the weather was terrible and rainy and we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outside and property because it was rainy and muddy. "

"Mike is a great host that responds immediately. We were looking for a rustic getaway in the woods that was pet friendly to bring our beloved dog. We enjoyed the yard games, firepit, walking in the creek/woods, and just hanging out in peace and quiet. "

We were pleasantly surprised how close it was to Olean NY. We enjoyed the views and quaintness the cottage offered. We’re definitely considering coming back for the next family reunion. "Nice clean house in a nice neighborhood to just go for a walk.. This was a short drive to ski slopes. Kitchen had a small garbage can, so we utilized a springform laundry basket we had and bought clips to attach a garbage bag to it. "

"The location and accommodations were excellent. The place is spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was our favorite hangout spot."

"The house was perfect for celebrating my son's birthday with family and friends. Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone to fit comfortably. Having the hot tub and pool table was great since the weather didnt cooperate. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for a long weekend to attend a family gathering in Allegany with four kids ages 5-10 and 5 adults. The kids had fun with all the games, the backyard and the firepit. It was great being right downtown and able to walk to anything. Spent a day at Sky High Adventures which was all of a five minute drive. Everything we needed was stocked and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend this property! "

"We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this charming lakeside cottage. The place was sparklingly clean and well-appointed with everything you could want or need for a comfortable stay. We loved the rustic decor combined with modern conveniences. The owners were friendly and helpful. "This old home provides more than ample space for your group to sleep. It is an old home though and the showers have little water pressure. Hot tub is a very nice place to wind down after a long day on the slopes. The room with some table games is an unheated space that is too cold too spend time in during the winter months. It is tucked away from the nearby towns and when it snows a lot like it did during our trip makes for long slow drives to get to any destinations. The hosts are wonderful and...

"Clean and comfortable place just north of town Roomy, nice yard and quiet setting. The host was friendly and communicated well . We stayed for our annual mountain biking weekend and hope to stay there again next year!"
