"Had a great weekend at the house for a family get-together. Loved the firepit and covered gazebo with a stone fireplace. Such a wonderful place to have dinner on a cool evening. Booking was easy, communication with the owner was flawless, and the house was perfect for our group. "I had a wonderful experience at The Alder at Resorts World Catskills; it truly exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness and maintenance were exceptional, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the atmosphere was soothing, away from the hustle and bustle of the casino but close enough to enjoy the fun whenever I wanted. The customer service was outstanding; the staff always smiled and were willing to help at all times. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and very clean, which contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I prefer this hotel a thousand times over and would recommend it to any traveler seeking comfort and tranquility."
