"Very clean property. Very well stocked kitchen. More than enough room in the bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Hot tub was super easy to use to warm up. Very large backyard for a nice bonfire. Nice and quiet location about 15 mins from Ellicottville. Could not ask for a nicer place in that area!"

A few suggestions would to have a gate for the steps, we did go by one to be safe. Something more around the hot tub for like a speaker and stuff you need."
