  • Welcome to The Nest! Located on the shores of Lime Lake, NY, The Nest is perfectly situated only feet from the water! Start your morning with a hot cup of coffee on the large, wrap around porch and then end your day on the dock as you watch the sun set behind the distant hills.

    The Nest is a perfect couples or family retreat!

    2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME IN 2021!

    Bedroom #1: Queen bed
    Bedroom #2: 2 Twin beds and a bunk bed

    *Full Bathroom with a brand-new washer and dryer
    *Year-Round Home (AC and Heat included)
    *Vaulted kitchen and living room ceilings with direct views of the lake
    *Electric fireplace in the living room provides a relaxing and warm atmosphere as the sun goes down!

    Additional Amenities: propane grill, outdoor gas firepit, 4 kayaks and 4 adult life jackets, paddle boat, Wi-Fi, television, all brand new appliances, linens provided, and all kitchen and cooking utensils provided.

    Enjoy The Nest for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, paddle boating, ice fishing, snowshoeing, and explore the many miles of snowmobile trails located right in our backyard!

    Large groups or parties are strictly prohibited. Maximum capacity throughout the entire duration of your stay is 6 guests. The owners are full time residents next door and will enforce capacity policies.

    A quick drive to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville (17 miles), Holi Mont (18 miles), Kissing Bridge (20 miles), Sprague Brook Park (18 miles), Allegany State Park (28 miles), Allegany Seneca Casino (29 miles), and Rock City Park (33 miles), the Nest is your ideal vacation destination!

Amazing spot for my family and I! Right on Lime Lake! Great for fishing and not far away from many other adventures! The host and the property were top notch!

We had excellent family time here at night after skiing all day at Holiday Valley Resort. The commute was easy.We really appreciated the little welcome gift and the amenities that are provided with a stay at the Nest.

We had a wonderful stay here at the lake. The owners next door were very nice, informative and helpful. Access to the lake with kayaks and the paddle boat were very enjoyable.

The Nest was amazing!! It was cozy, comfortable, and well maintained and in such a nice part of NY. Close proximity to Holiday Village made it a Percy fit for our holiday plans. The hosts were exceptional. I look forward to another White Christmas at the Nest!

A short getaway

Wonderful place to stay! The setting was beautiful and we got to enjoy Lime Lake via kayaks. The host was very attentive and she thought of everything you may need for your stay!! We would certainly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a little getaway by the lake!

Always a wonderful stay at the Nest!

This is our third year visiting the Nest. Everything is clean, the location is great and the host is wonderful. We look forward to our annual visit again next winter!

Wonderful and very relaxing

The place was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay. It was really clean and had wonderful views of the lake. Monica and Joelle are very responsive and had nice little touches for our stay that made it extra special. We wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay there again.

My family loved your Nest - clean, new and so thoughtful to stock snacks for my boys to devour after a long stormy drive. Will definitely be back and will recommend your place to our friends. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lake Time Retreat

This was my third stay at The Nest and it wasn’t the last! If you are looking for a quiet place to get away and relax I highly recommend this rental.
