"The room was very nicely decorated and clean and had everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay here and appreciated not having to bring linens and towels to a vrbo rental. The only issues we faced not booking directly with the hotel was not being able to use hotel shuttle to town and we ran out of toilet paper and the front desk said they are not supoosed to provide it as we didnt book through them. Other than that the property is very nice providing seating outside to enjoy a beautiful...

"Our week could not have been better, we loved this house and Montauk! It was such a relaxing week! The house had everything to make the stay with our 16 month old grandson so easy! Our older kids loved the pool and hot tub and easy walk to town each morning for coffee! Carter was an excellent host, very responsive and so nice! Absolutely Wonderful!!!!!!!"

"Absolutely beautiful! We stay in Montauk often and this was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed space for the square footage. The ocean views from the balcony were stunning. "

"Absolutely wonderful experience at this property! We visited from Manhattan with family and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house was spotless and private, the pool was gorgeous, and the location was perfect — close enough to the towns when we wanted to explore, but peaceful when we wanted to relax. Rick was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!"

"Lovely place. Perfect location, so close to the beach and the town. Quiet and very nicely decorated. Appreciated the beach chairs, towels and umbrella as well! Whale watching for hours at a time from the beach!"

"Staying at the Montauk Manor has been a favorite place of ours for many years. We have stayed in many of the different rooms. This time was excellent as well and we would highly recommend staying with Nancy. It was clean and it was nice that there was paper towels... tin foil etc available (its the small things). Will be back."

"A couple things could use a refresh / update but the location and host more than made up for it! We had a little issue on arrival but so thankful for how responsive and helpful Julia was in resolving it! We loved walking to the beach each morning and sitting out on the deck.
