"Fantastic place, great staff. Breakfast was second to none, but make sure you take it next to the pool as it’s not advised at check-in that this is also available. There’s a minimart downstairs, and it surrounded by great massage options on the main road. The only problem, my room did have a slight stink of sewage, and I rarely noticed it anywhere else. I didn’t bring it to their attention because what can I do really. Overall, I would happily stay here again. "

"In general, hotels in Indonesia offer excellent service compared to many other countries. The staff and housekeeping here were extremely kind and attentive. They even did a deep cleaning upon our request due to our carpet and dust allergies, and also provided an air purifier for us at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was average, but overall the stay was definitely worth the price."

"Hotel moderno y funcional en el centro de Jakarta, cerca del Monumento Nacional y de los grandes centros comerciales. La habitación era bastante amplia para el rango de precio del hotel. "Gran hotel para hospedarse junto al aeropuerto. La zona del spa es maravillosa, te ofrecen bañador, toalla y chanclas. Buen restaurante y desayuno buffet muy completo. Personal muy amable. Usamos el servicio de transfer al aeropuerto, la primera vez muy rápida la comunicación, otra de ellas me costó conseguir que me confirmaran el servicio. Tuve que contactar con cuatro personas diferentes, aunque finalmente no hubo problemas. "
