"We had a very good experience with the team at the Fairfield Marriott. They were really helpful when we arrived in Jakarta airport even sending the shuttle bus to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. Also the cafe team gave us a very tasty coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. After getting to the room we were able to catch up on our sleep, but when we woke we found...

"Amenities..i resever a hotel with a work out room..the night employee totd me it opened at 530am..i set alarm for that and he walked me over to a boarded up room...there is no work out area for..please if thats important you be advised... He was nice and gave me more calories in pasties..yet how do i work that off. Bottom line is he lied to me and didnt deny it."

"Expedia webpage says the inn offers free airport shuttle bus service. In fact, there are only four drop-off time to the airport. For the rest of the day, the inn charges Rupiah 50,000 for each ride, from airport to inn or the other way. I do not mind pay the fares but better clearly stated to avoid misunderstanding. "

"I booked the cheapest room near the airport. I arrived late 11.30pm, and they were up and freundly handed me clean towel & key. My own bathroom. Comfy bed, but extremely nousy near the main road. The next morning very helpful getting a taxi to the airport. Woyld recommend "
