"Tangipahoa Parish had everything my family needed while we were visiting the area. The property was clean and had all the space my family needed for a comfortable stay. We were visiting family in the area and being able to come back to our own space with small children made the trip even better. The property owner, David, was great in making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and communicating with us before, during, and after ou visit."

"We were a baseball tournament in Hammond. We were there for only one quick night, got to the house at almost eleven washed uniforms, took baths and went to bed.Having a house with washer and dryer was great! The beds were clean and comfy. The neighborhood seem quite and safe. We had a good night sleep. Was very pleased about that! The house was only 8 minutes from the park. Wish we would have had more down time to sit and relax. "The host was great and responsive, however the units just need some TLC. One unit had not been cleaned. It smelled of cigarette smoke and one of the bed’s linens had not been washed. Cleaning services came out to replace the sheets within 30 minutes, so that was good. But the smoke smell was bad enough that I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and fabric febreeze to make it through the night. The other unit we stayed in did not have any odors but could have used a cleaning as well. "

"With all that has been going on this year, this cabin was the perfect getaway. It was so peaceful and quiet and not located far from the Renaissance Festival. My niece and I enjoyed the calm. The Host was accommodating to our request also. Thank you."

"The Villa was not clean long black hairs and dust everywhere dead bugs around baseboards. Stove top has a film of grease and dust. We never use it. Both bathrooms only had 1 1/2 rolls of tissue for 5 days for three adults. We had to buy some. Dryer was dirty We did not feel comfortable in the place. "

"Marcus was a great host who went above and beyond. My daughter left her cell phone at the property and we didn't even realize it until Marcus contacted us. We were over 2 hours away on our way home. He shipped the phone to us so we didn't have to add 4 more hours to our 9 hour drive home. The property was very beautiful and unique & had everything we needed. Thank you Marcus!"
