"The hotel has been nicely renovated since the last time I was there 18 years ago. The room was nice and spacious. However, after having been out all day playing golf, my wife and I returned at 2:30 pm to find that the room had not been cleaned. I immediately went to the reception (since there are no telephones in the room) and complained. I was asked if I had put up a sign on the door that asked for a refreshing of the room.
