"Emi was very welcoming, always with a smile and giving advice on current events, will definitely stay there again because the place was well maintained, nicę and clean. The building is one of the tallest so you always find your way back. "

"Rentamos un apartamento, super bien. Escalera un poco de difícil acceso. Limpieza y comodidad excelente Edificio remodelado, a mi consideración el único detalle es que en el tercer piso hay baño, pero no hay donde lavarse las manos. Desayuno incluido muy bien. Personal amable y servicial"

"The house was very clean and it was so cozy! Doet is very kind and she helps you in what you want! The cannal is not in the center so Renting a bike would be perfect, we did it and we enjoyed much more than going in public transport or walking. The zone is very calm."

"My friends and I all really enjoyed our stay with Bob. Highly recommend!! Will definitely be coming back. Communication was excellent, the room had everything we needed (and more!) and the area was quite close to a grocery shop, the metro and different cafes/restaurants. "

"We loved having a whole house to ourselves, complete with a mostly full kitchen! We felt safe and secure because of the gated entrance. Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. But when we were able to ask our questions, they were very helpful!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic!!! Many of the canals can have a lot of foot and bike traffic, especially at night. This location is close to everything, but on a quiet canal. We loved the funky old boat, but I would caution that the photos might be unintentionally misleading. "I cannot recommend Han's houseboat enough. We spent a delightful week and it was a real WOW experience. After long days exploring Amsterdam, the cool breeze off the water and gentle rocking of the boat was remarkably relaxing. Many of the major tourist sites are within walking distance. Centraal Station is only a ten-minute walk, and from there you can go anywhere. Even with four of us, the houseboat was spacious and had everything we needed. "I am beyond grateful for this stay! We stayed here as a family of 3 (two adults, 1 teen) for a long weekend getaway. I could not have picked a better option! The home is as described and very clean and comfortable. You enter up 3 flights of modern, comfortable stairs into a small vestibule shared with the hosts. From there, you enter through a locked door into a private hallway. Take the hallway to the right to find a large, comfortable bedroom and a clean and functional bathroom with laundry....

"Die Sauberkeit des Ferienhauses ließ zu wünschen übrig, sonst war das Haus schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sprach aber kein deutsch. Wir hatten um einen Late Check out gebeten, dieses war nur für maximal 2 stunden möglich und sollte 35,- € kosten!!! Wir sind daher einen Tag früher abgereist um uns den Stress am frühen Morgen zu ersparen!"
