"Best location, right on the water. Best view from the room. Stayed here for 1 night before catching the cruise on World Europa. Room was luxurious! Gorgeous. Nespresso machine in the room. Restaurants all around. We skipped the breakfast and instead got breakfast at the local bakery. I would stay again, such a nice place!"

"Excellent location. It had a parking space for my car. The room was like suite. The double bed was comfortable and very roomy for 2. The room was modern newly renovated. The air conditioner was excellent and quiet. The bathroom was modern and had all needed amenities. I highly recommended and would stay there again."

"Great staff and room in the heart of Old Port. Very friendly to non-French speaking. The breakfast is incredible and the view over the port from the restaurant is amazing. Will stay again if in the area."

"Everything was clean and in good order, except that the A/C in the bedroom was not working at all, and unfortunately there was nothing the staff could do. It was also strange that the sink was in the room with the shower instead of with the toilet, but it worked. All of the staff that we dealt with were really friendly and helpful, big shout out to Thomas who was so nice and helped us a lot with directions and restaurant recommendations."

"A great hotel away from the busy old port but in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel has a very nice restaurant and rooftop bar with a great view. The rooms and washroom are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late night, and they seated us. Another server came by and said this restaurant (La Source) is only for eating and asked us to leave. That left a horrible taste and totally ruined the night. Same issues at...

"beaucoup de choses m’ont déplu concernant ce séjour : - en descendant dans le hall, je saluais la réception et certains de répondaient pas. - de la vaisselle sale à mon arrivée dans la chambre : personne n’a prit la peine de vérifier la propreté des couverts dans le placard. - du bruit incessant matin et soir dans les couloirs, des bruits de perceuses à 8h du matin. Ce n’était vraiment pas exceptionnel. "
