"For the first time, I am taking my time to write a detailed review. I wish the owner would take better care of the property, if they are planning to rent it out. When we arrived the AC, that was advertised, did not work and it was extremely hot inside. We opened the windows and tried to contact the property manager, and it took two hours to hear back. They provided instructions which included turning off the breaker for the whole apartment and turning it back one, as if we were electricians....

"Very well located in the heart of the centre near shops and food outlets. This however means it’s very noisy especially at night. . The streets are cleaned daily so the area is very clean. Locals are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend in hot weather as no air conditioning which was not ameliorated with fans that get very hot in hot weather. However any issues were very quickly sorted by the hosts so this was welcomed. Good value for money you get what you pay for."

" This is a run down and neglected apartment building. Dirty with paint peeling and leaking A/C as well as leaking roof into the bedroom when it rains. The rooftop sitting area is tiny with a view of the sky, the 4 flights of stairs are in a tight spiral with tiles falling off the stairs and railings falling off the walls. If you’re taller than 180 cms, you won’t be able to stand in the shower. The bedroom ceiling is sloped and good for short people. Persistent loud buzzing sound in the kitchen,...

"Appartement tout confort et très bien placé. mMais un gros bémol: le boitier de réglage du radiateur de la salle de bain était cassé et laissait apparaitre les fils électiques. Peut-être n'y avait-il pas de danger mais nous n'avons pas osé l'utiliser."

"Perfect location! Home extremely quiet. Right near all the markets, restaurants, and Cours Mirabeau. Communication with Vijay was awesome. She was always quick and thorough with her replies, and wonderful as a host. Check in could not have been more convenient through KeyNest just down the street. If you want to be close but not in the activity, this is the place for you. Loved our stay for 9 days."

"Good location, all the appliances needed for a week or longer stay. Not for those who might have trouble climbing stairs to bedroom, low ceilings on 2nd bdr floor, no AC. Hard bed, minimum pillows. Good water pressure. Only French TV channels unless you cast from your device. WIFI OK."
