"The place has a hostel feel to it. The entryway and garden are dirty but the room itself was clean. The communication with management was slow but when they did respond they were very accommodating. The room was a good size, the place was quiet and in a convenient location. All in all, I’d say it’s not bad for a short stay."

"I really loved staying here. The location is great - just a 15 min walk from the bus station and right in the heart of everything. The terrace is exactly as photographed and is wonderful. When I wasn't out exploring Aix, I spent most of my time on this terrace. Check in was easy with the host meeting me on-site and giving me a quick tour to make sure everything was ready and in good shape. "For the first time, I am taking my time to write a detailed review. I wish the owner would take better care of the property, if they are planning to rent it out. When we arrived the AC, that was advertised, did not work and it was extremely hot inside. We opened the windows and tried to contact the property manager, and it took two hours to hear back. They provided instructions which included turning off the breaker for the whole apartment and turning it back one, as if we were electricians....
