"Good location and local amenities. Price relative to room condition. Upgraded to 2 bedroom even though only a couple. Appreciated the extra space. Requires some upgrading but was adequate to our needs. Area a little dicey with bottleshops nearby but also had beautiful parks and walking spaces. Didn't feel threatened. Stayed 5 days but was only left 1 small milk and minimal coffee and tea etc. Did get some more from reception. Check was at 3.00pm but could get in till 3.20pm. They were able to...

"We booked here for the convenient location and the opportunity to catch up on a week's worth of laundry.
Unfortunately, the washing machine had a mouldy odour that transferred to our laundry. The dryer also required maintenance.
Management offered to let us use a washer and dryer in another unit, but this didn't fit with our plans to go sightseeing on our final day.
Had the issue been limited to one machine, I would have chalked it up to bad luck. However, having problems with both machines...

"On checking in for the 3 nights were we advised there was no parking available & had to park at the convention center (high cost); disappointing being you can't book a car park so it's first come basis. We were then also quizzed about the car we had as they thought we had illegally parked out the front.
Listing stated daily housekeeping yet reception informed us it's only every 3 days?? Not what I paid for.
Found the staff short & poor communicators.
Would not stay again."
