"A lovely hotel with a great pool area, selection of restaurants and welcoming staff. Onsite spa is small but fabulous. We went bed and breakfast but an all inclusive option is available if you plan to stay put. The small port of Puerto Calero is a short walk along the shoreline - turn left out of the gate at the bottom of the hotel - with several bars and restaurants facing the marina."

"Nous avons aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel, jolie plage aménagée à proximité ,chambre agréable, piscine agréable, hôtel propre, le bémol est le buffet du soir, on s’attendait à mieux pour un 5 * , surtout d’un hôtel Hayatt, déçu de la nourriture."

"This hotel is ok, we have had an overnight stay here. Could do with an update but location, staff, drinks and food was good."

"The hot tubs were not functioning properly Treatments were not worth the costs paid for and overpriced compared to other hotel facilities prices"

"Everything"

"Great staff and incredible location."

"Alles gut und wie beschrieben"

"Rooms and grounds are nice. Building work going on nearby whole room shook from 8am every morning. Nowhere to get food once breakfast closed, poolside snack bar permanently closed. Pools are very soulless. Good for a base if using beach everyday. Not good for a pool holiday."

"Bella struttura. Scarsa manutenzione"

"The highlights of our stay were definitely the food, with both breakfast and dinner being excellent. The large swimming pools with warm water were another fantastic feature and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The hotel has made some great improvements, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having wine glasses in the room and enough amenities provided for all guests. The entertainment throughout the day was absolutely amazing, with plenty to keep everyone...

"Bon hébergement mais qualité des repas perfectible. Hôtel familial avec pas mal d activités. Très bonnes prestations musicales de la chanteuse Lauren."

"Clean, beautiful and more for couples"
