"We were very impressed with our 4 days at The Zuri Kumarakom. We were surprised to be told that the property is about 25 years old, because it's superb maintenance suggested a much younger age to us. As we rode into the property, we were a bit shocked to see a lot of policemen around. And that turned into panic when they accosted our taxi cab at the hotel porch. "Homestay was very centrally located. Can easily walk to most places, or take a short tuktuk ride. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. They booked our Kathakali show and told us about the sights and the ceremony that was going on at the time. Everywhere was very clean. Could have done with another pillow. But Im sure if I'd asked, they would have given me one!"

"great place for 2 or 3 nights, the wifi was excellent, only setback is that you can hear the people in the tent next door.The trail to the hotel is very rough and not an easy ride.The employees at the resort are very helpful and my favorites were Dilip and Manoj. Dilip will take great photos early morning in the trail.Manas will help you 24 hours if you need it. hiker shoes are very important."
