All staff were friendly and professional. Rooms and all communal spaces were spotless. Our car to the airport was already waiting for us as we came down to check out. "We stayed here for one night before catching our flight home . The proximity to the airport was useful . Lovely hotel . The staff were very welcoming . We had arrived before check in time . We were offered coffee and cookies while our room was made ready . We were not charged extra 25 or 50% extra for early arrival ( out of our control as our flight from Jaisalmer arrived early ) This was in stark contrast to one of the Taj hotels we stayed in Jaipur a week ago where we were charged 25% extra...

"From arrival to departure the service from the staff was exceptional. Special mention goes to Ashfaq at the front desk who handled our arrival efficiently and was able to check a group of 10 of us early after a long journey to Mumbai. There was excellent choice of food in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms were spotless and all amenities were available. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access by road and rail from the airport."
