Viure a la seva espaiosa i ben equipada casa ha estat molt agradable i ens ha permès conèixer un poble molt acollidor Milngavie, porta d'una preciosa ruta de senderisme, la West Highland Way, i des d'allí establir la nostra base per conèixer Escòcia, un país i una gent sorprenentment encantadors....

"Great location with fantastic views over the water. Really clean and modern apartment with plenty of space and everything you'd need. All facilities excellent, from beds to bathrooms. Garage downstairs is handy (silver key fob controls the door, and it's the one on the far left as you face the building). Key collection was easy and Peter was really helpful and quick on communication. We hope to be back. PS. Excellent takeaway from the Taj Mahal about half a mile down the road."

"Checkin was seamless and instructions were clear. The accommodations were well represented in the photos and it was very clean. It was quite large and roomy. We received messages regularly asking how things were going and issues would have been dealt with quickly"

"We had a wonderful few days staying in The Old Smiddy cottage. Fiona and David were wonderful hosts, very attentive whilst being happy to give us our space. The cottage itself was very comfortable, all the rooms were a nice size, very clean and well presented. The garden was lovely and we particularly enjoyed watching the wildlife in the burn from the garden!The area is fantastic for enjoying nature and family activities.We would definitely recommend staying here for a couple or small family."

"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

"We loved the location - close to the University of Glasgow and many restaurants. If you want to enjoy life as a local, and not a tourist, this is a great location. The property is small, but neat and clean and an efficient use of space. It is up several flights of stairs, very manageable, as long as you are aware. Very good communication with Shannon. "

"I have been at this hotel several times along the years. When it was Hilton was better. It’s ok but needs a renovation. It looks old, the furniture is old and damage. It’s not as clean as it should be. The carpet is dirty, the armchair has spots, the shower was dirty. I stayed 8 nights and never changed the glasses. I tried to wash my glass every night in the sink. One day they didn’t clean the room. It’s very well located, and the price is fair, but I’m not sure I want to come back. "
